Since the beginning of the war, Aide & Assistance has already been able to send 8 articulated trucks to the crisis region.
9 April 2022: Collection Day for Ukraine
On Saturday, 9 April 2022, we will hold another collection day between 10 am and 4 pm at our central warehouse at Brägger + Thomann, Embraport A, 8424 Embrach. On this day we will accept donations of materials. Please only bring the following goods to the collection point:
Medicines for colds and fever, painkillers, Covid-19 rapid tests (not expired, in original packaging).
Bandages (original packaging)
Hygiene articles: Wet wipes, tampons and sanitary towels, disposable flannels, hygiene masks.
Nappies
Durable food: canned food of all kinds, pasta, rice, instant noodles (which can be prepared with hot water), cooking oils
Infant food
Pillows (clean, in good condition)
Wool blankets (washed, in good condition), thermal rescue blankets (original packaging)
Bed linen (washed, in good condition)
Folding beds
Mattresses (clean, in good condition)
Please understand that we can only accept clean goods in good condition.
Please refrain from the following donations: Coffee, tea, cigarettes, alcohol, clothes, toys, electrical items.
