When many hands willingly lend a hand

As Christmas approaches, we can celebrate a year rich in material aid for those in need. Nearly 50 semi-trailers loaded with relief supplies have left Switzerland for disadvantaged regions. This success was made possible thanks to hundreds of hours of volunteer work and numerous donations of supplies from all over Switzerland.

With over 450 tons of humanitarian aid, the Johanniter-Malteser Aid & Assistance Foundation set a new record. On board were not only hospital beds, but also wheelchairs, walking sticks, clothing, food, and carefully prepared Christmas parcels.

A big THANK YOU therefore to all the donors, to all the hospitals, retirement homes and companies that donated equipment, as well as to the many volunteers who actively supported our CEO, Branco von Hoensbroech, and his team.
